Long-term volunteer with Allkin, a community-centric social service agency, across multiple touchpoints: befriending, organising field trips for families, and initiating a tech reskilling programme for SAHMs and mid-career switchers. Won an unrestricted $20K grant for Allkin as a recipient of the Volunteering Impact Award from Salesforce, one of the most fulfilling moments in my life

Learnt to be on top of policy announcements and understand the connections between different public service entities to provide earlier resolution for residents

Transcription and dictionary were created with ELAN and FLEx, and the webpage enhanced with search functionality and audio playback. Built for a module's capstone project under my linguistics minor - an unexpected but edifying detour
